After transforming my own relationship with my body — from the battlefield of childhood trauma to the sacred temple I inhabit today — I’ve become well-practised in the art of sending shame back to sender. I’ve walked through the discomfort of stigma, the pain of being dismissed when I needed support most, and the silence that too often surrounds painful experiences.
Add the negativity about female sexual expression and the menstrual cycle (bearing in mind that none of us would be here without them), the disparagement and disregard towards our care and needs has never seemed fair or respectful. That journey has fuelled my commitment to helping others reclaim the right to own their stories and life choices.
Through peer support, community mentoring, group facilitation, and the sharing of self-help resources, I help create spaces where nothing needs to be left at the door; moodiness, physical discomforts, uncertainties — all of it belongs. These experiences can become the soil for resilience, courage, and radical self-trust, just as much as joy and longing do.
It’s time we stop apologising for being human. I’m devoted to voicing truths that reclaim power, joy, and dignity — blending Buddhist wisdom with practical, grounded tools that nurture authenticity. Whether you’re navigating menopause (as I did at 38), healing from silencing and shame, or simply seeking to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, I offer something rare in today’s world: real conversation about our natural bodies from the lens of our strengths and wisdom. .
Through card play, meditation, and honest sharing, you’re invited to rediscover your changing body — not as a problem to fix, but as a sacred teacher and lifelong ally.
It’s time to feel at home in our natural selves — and we never need to hide.
